3. Help people feel welcome (optional)

A little reassurance can be the difference between someone staying home and finding their people.

What should a first-time visitor expect? (optional, public)Share anything that might make showing up easier—where to enter, who to look for, what the group is like, or whether people often come on their own. 250 characters maximum.

Before publishing:

an organizer

a one-line description
a place or meeting spot
a community
at least one date

4. Photo (optional)

Event photo (optional)

Add a photo so people can picture being there. A snapshot of the place, the activity, or the people makes it feel real.

Show what people can expect. Skip unrelated stock photos.
Keep the main subject easy to see. Flyers with small text are hard to read on a phone.
Use a photo you took or have permission to share.

No great photo handy? Skip it. Your listing works just as well without one.

Photos

JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 12.0 MB. The photo appears immediately when your event is live. We remove embedded camera and location information.

Choose your photo, confirm permission, then save. Your photo saves with your listing.
